Grant development services for individual PI proposals:
- We offer strategy and approach consulting for initial proposal development.
- We help with all aspects of proposal management, coordination and submission.
- We assist with all administrative requirements including budget and budget justification.
- We provide reviews of proposals by BBI proposal development team.
- We offer summary statement reviews and resubmission strategies.
Grant development services for multi-PI proposals:
- We offer strategy and approach consulting for initial proposal development and team building for multi-PI pilot and large-scale proposals (e.g., Program Project and Center grants).
- We help with all aspects of proposal management, coordination and submission.
- We assist with all administrative requirements including budget and budget justification.
- We provide reviews of proposals by BBI proposal development team.
- We facilitate Red Team reviews of proposal drafts.
- We offer summary statement reviews and resubmission strategies.
The BBI grants development team can also assist with:
- UMD internal routing process
- Identification of federal, state, foundation, and private source funding opportunities
- Agency contact and mission, eligibility requirements, submission and review processes
- Compliance review
- Fostering collaborations with industrial/commercial partners
- Development of support letters, including BBI director support letters
- Template wording for BBI resource/environment proposal sections
